Here For You is a book of visual meditations using artwork plus a short thought (somewhere between a horoscope and a mantra) to center and inspire. Each page motivates us to take a moment to find out what's going on in our inner lives, and give ourselves the space and grace to hang with whatever we find there. 

You can use this book however the heck you’d like. I personally like to leave it open to a page for a few days, maybe a week, in a spot that I walk by frequently, take in the image and the message and see what comes up for me.
